Who we are
The Executive No-Brainer™ is a brand of Nijdeken Consultancy B.V., Marezatenstraat 4, 7312 TK Apeldoorn, The Netherlands · Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 08226153 · VAT ID NL822428829B01 · Email info@theexecutivenobrainer.com · Website theexecutivenobrainer.com.
How to cancel Executive Membership
Executive Membership is not yet on sale. Once it is, you can cancel your monthly or annual Membership at any time by emailing info@theexecutivenobrainer.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; no further payments are taken.
Access after cancellation
Once Membership is available: after you cancel, you keep access to Executive Insights until the end of the period you have already paid for — the current month or year. Products bought separately remain available according to their purchase terms.
Executive Mirrors™ and Specials
Executive Mirrors™ (€39.00) and Executive No-Brainer Specials (€99.00) are one-time purchases without a subscription. They are currently Coming Soon. Their delivery and access terms will be stated before they go on sale.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase or subscription without giving a reason.
For digital content, this right may end once delivery has started, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal during checkout. Without that consent and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal still applies.
This does not remove your mandatory consumer rights. If paid content is faulty, not as described, or you cannot access what you paid for, you are entitled to a remedy — normally a fix or a refund.
Duplicate payments and mistaken purchases
Once checkout opens, you may request a refund if you were charged twice for the same product or Membership period, or if you bought a product by mistake. Please contact us promptly.
We review each request in good faith under this policy, Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and your mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to request a refund
Online checkout is not yet open. Once it opens, Paddle.com will be the Merchant of Record and will handle refunds. You will be able to request a refund via paddle.net, or email info@theexecutivenobrainer.com with the email address you used at checkout, the product or Membership name and a short description of the problem, and we will help. An approved refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds will follow Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law.
