Newsletter (The Executive Brief™). Your email address and the form you used, so we can send the newsletter you asked for. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Account. Your email address and login details (a password, or your Google account if you sign in with Google), so we can provide your account. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

Membership and purchases. Once payments are live: which membership or product you bought and its status, so we can grant access. Lawful basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations.

No page or checkout tracking. We do not record which pages you view or whether you start a checkout.

Contact. What you send to info@theexecutivenobrainer.com, to answer you. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in replying.

Online checkout is not yet open. When it opens, payments will be processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle will collect your payment and billing details as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. We will not receive your card details.

Our website, database and sign-in run on Lovable Cloud, provided by Lovable. Our database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Web pages are delivered through the global network of Cloudflare, Inc. Sign-in with Google is handled by Google. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google. Our domain name is registered with Mijndomein, and emails sent to our contact address are received through Mijndomein's email service. Paddle will receive payment data once checkout opens. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing by others.

Our database is stored in the European Union (Ireland).

Google LLC, which provides sign-in and web fonts, may process data in the United States and is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Paddle states in its privacy notice that transfers from the UK/EEA to countries without an adequacy decision are made on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

No automatic deletion period is currently configured. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe and account data until you ask us to delete your account. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your question. Once payments open, we will keep membership, order and access records for as long as you may need access to what you bought and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Deleting these records may end your access to purchased content.

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

You may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@theexecutivenobrainer.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
